Returning Undamaged Items
Returns will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of use/wear and in original packaging. Contact us in writing first within seven days of delivery to let us know about the reason for your return. Please ensure that you are returning it with a fully traceable courier service, as House of Harlot cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once you have received written confirmation from our team, we can only then proceed with a return. If you are returning items from outside of the UK, clearly state on all documentation and customs declarations that all items contained in the package are returns to the manufacturer for alterations with value at £0.00 GBP. House of Harlot will not pay any import duties or taxes on returned goods, and this may result in the loss of your return and refund to you.
Standard production orders which are simply not required any more, change of heart, or similar reason will be refunded subject to a 30% handling and restocking charge. Express Production and VIP Production orders are non-refundable. We ask that you confirm your correct size and colours before ordering as all garments are bespoke and made to each clients unique requests. Any faults or problems which are caused by information supplied on order can be discussed and remedied when you contact us. We will endeavor to correct any problems to your satisfaction. There may be discretionary surcharges for these corrections. Please ensure that all measurements and design details sent are accurate prior to your order. Any faults as a result of poorly supplied measurements on your behalf are not the responsibility of House of Harlot.
You will have to pay for the re-postage costs to send to our studio and back to your destination after. If express production is requested for the new item, you will be recharged the 20% express production fee. Any delivery costs and express production fees will not be refunded.
Items Damaged in Shipping
All garments are quality checked to be in perfect new condition before leaving our studio and shipping out to you. It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.
Inform us immediately of any faulty or damaged garments and they must be returned to us within 48 hours of delivery for repair or replacement. Any faults of production will be corrected at no cost to you. House of Harlot will not be held responsible for damage of misuse of garments, poor care of garments caused by customers, damage caused by poorly packaged returns, or loss by courier or postal service.
Receiving an Incorrect Item
Please notify us of any incorrectly supplied orders within 24 hours of delivery. If the goods are not what you ordered, DO NOT try on or use the items. We will not exchange or refund any used garments or items that are not returned in their original condition. Please contact us here.
