Paris Layer Restricted Neck Collar and 4 Suspenders

This Suspender features a provocative neck collar with two fully adjustable straps that you can clip to one of our strapless tops or your own clothing. At the back there are another two fully adjustable straps that are also removable.

The neck fastens at the rear with poppers.
